Summer Trips to Ukraine and 30 Year Celebration

Our ministry representatives will be spending several weeks in Ukraine this summer. Different groups are flying out at different times (some are already in Ukraine), but one highlight they all try to be present for is a 30 year celebration of the “Good Samaritan” Mission in Rivne. This is where “Good Samaritan” was originally founded (through the initiative of the Radchuk Brothers, 6 at the time, and a wonderful staff of other believers). Today, “Good Samaritan” Mission in Ukraine and SIA of Ministries “Good Samaritan” in USA are close partners. The celebration will consist of a missionary conference and open-air meetings in the central park in Rivne, and the stadium for the concluding service. Preaching the life-changing “Good News” is at the heart of our ministry.

Alex and Deanna Borishkevich, a young missionary couple, will be in Ukraine in May and June, participating in various outreach meetings and helping with children’s camps. Alex is part of a singing group called “Aven-Ezer 2”. This group travels extensively and blesses many congregations and listeners with their wonderful singing about the love of God.

Pastors Yuriy Radchuk and Peter Radchuk from Seattle, and Pastor Vasiliy Radchuk and a team from Atlanta, GA will be participating at the conference, holding several meetings with widows (where grocery gift bags will be distributed), visiting missionary stations and starting a new church plant in Chernigiv.

Any contribution to the summer ministry in Ukraine will be appreciated.
